Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• General computer skills.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through sales and store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Execute promotions and events; review financials and recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems; balance cash and deposits.
• Maintain inventory control and adhere to visual merchandise standards.
• Ensure security of assets and compliance with policies.
• Oversee in-store course materials activities with leaders.
• Supervise team members; onboard, train, and schedule staff.
• Provide coverage during breaks and peak periods.
• Foster engaging customer service culture and solutions-based selling.
• Build campus relationships and coordinate day-to-day store activities.
