Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General computer skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.

• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through operating plans, in-store promotions, displays, and advertising copy.
• Lead campus materials activities in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with Regional Manager to review store financials and drive sales while managing shrink.
• Review and approve store markups, markdowns, and write-offs.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of staff and customers, and adherence to policies.
• Develop cross-functional teams and maintain accountability culture.
• Foster engaging customer service and solutions-based selling to improve market share.
