Job summary

Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader in Corpus Christi, TX to support store operations and drive sales growth. You will mentor a team, ensure brand and operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

You will partner with leadership to monitor financials, execute promotions, and maintain inventory and security of assets while aligning with Follett values and campus relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and rush periods.
• Execute sales promotions and events in-store, campus, and community.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandise standards.
• Lead onboarding and schedule team members within budget.
• Deliver engaging customer service and solutions-based selling.
• Communicate store activities with campus relations.
• Cover team members during breaks, lunch, or peak periods.
