Responsibilities

• Supervises sales team members, including scheduling and training.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve escalated issues, and support a customer-first culture.
• Handle cash operations, balances, deposits, and end-of-day reports.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and stock shelves as per schedule.
• May cover breaks/peaks and assist across departments as needed.
• Keyholder with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Investigate cash discrepancies and assist with end-of-month reporting.
