Job summary

Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations on campus, driving sales and ensuring an engaging customer experience. You will mentor and develop the team while partnering with campus leadership and regional management to meet financial goals.

You will oversee merchandising, promotions, and customer service standards, with a focus on inventory integrity, safety, and campus relations. Flexibility to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General computer skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.
• Travel: minimal (<10%).

Responsibilities
