Qualifications

• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with a customer-first focus on the sales floor.
• Own store performance by driving sales, managing expenses, and analyzing trends.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop store team members.
• Serve as the campus-store representative to students, faculty, and partners.
• Lead merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation to ensure product availability.
• Analyze sales and operational metrics to forecast needs and improve profitability.
• Champion company initiatives and maintain safety and loss-prevention practices.
