Job summary

You will coach a diverse team, manage merchandising, inventory, and campus relations, acting as the primary campus representative for the brand.

Key responsibilities include leading daily operations, analyzing business trends, and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including managing business operations
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and financial management
• Proven ability to drive sales performance, manage budgets and controllable expenses

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with a hands-on presence on the sales floor
• Drive sales, manage financial performance, and control expenses to meet targets
• Recruit, hire, coach, schedule, and develop store team members
• Build relationships with students, faculty, admins, clients and corporate partners on campus
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, visual presentation and store standards
