Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in leadership preferred.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop store team members.
• Drive sales and operational performance by analyzing trends and managing expenses.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory accuracy, and store presentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty as needed.
