• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence and lead a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and operations to meet objectives.
• Execute promotions and events.
• Review store financials and support goal recalibration.
• Manage cash handling and banking activities.
• Maintain inventory control and visual standards.
• Oversight of shipping/receiving.
• Provide staff training and onboarding.
• Schedule and cover shifts during peak periods.
