Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Retail Management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive retail leadership in high-volume or multi-unit settings.
• Proven success in developing leaders and building customer-focused teams.
• Strong business acumen covering sales, payroll, expenses, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ability to analyze metrics, identify opportunities, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall success of a high-volume campus store or multi-store operation, driving financial performance, operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and grow campus presence.
• Build relationships with campus leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and partners.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing managers and store teams.
• Analyze financials and operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven changes.
• Champion standard merchandising, inventory control, and customer service to ensure consistency.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and inclusion while supporting employee growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and employment laws.
