Job summary

You will recruit and coach senior store managers, analyze financials, optimize labor and inventory, and uphold merchandising standards. A strong business mindset and a passion for education are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive retail leadership experience managing high-volume, multi-unit operations.
• Demonstrated success developing high-performing leaders and building engaged, customer-focused teams.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, expenses, inventory, and overall financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall success of a high-volume campus store or multi-store operation by driving financial performance and exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and profitability while strengthening campus partnerships.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing managers and store teams through performance management and leadership development.
• Analyze financial performance, labor, inventory, and operations metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and applicable employment laws; champion merchandising standards and customer service.
