• Lead the overall success of a high-volume campus store or multi-store operation by driving financial performance and customer experience.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales, profitability, and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and partners to strengthen the store's campus presence.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing managers and store teams; manage performance and succession planning.
