You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and staff development, while maintaining a safe, organized environment and supporting campus partners with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with leadership, supervisory, or buying experience preferred.
• Strong leadership experience recruiting, coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
• Experience with retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, visual merchandising, customer service, and sales performance.
• Proficiency with retail technology and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations with a focus on customer service and a customer-first culture.
• Drive department performance through sales, inventory management, and operational metrics.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop department team members; support store leadership and initiatives.
• Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and workload execution to ensure merchandise availability and efficiency.
• Monitor performance trends and safety compliance; uphold company policies and procedures.
