You will recruit, train, and develop team members while partnering with store leadership to execute company priorities and deliver an outstanding campus store experience.

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience or completion of the Barnes & Noble College Aspiring Leader Program.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory, customer service, and sales performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of assigned department and drive sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule department staff.
• Partner with store leadership and campus partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
