Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, including leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store operations as Manager-on-Duty; implement company initiatives and maintain standards.
