You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and campus relationships while developing a high-performing team.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail with leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales floor operations and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Partner with Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and execute company initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop store team members.
• Drive sales and manage controllable expenses while analyzing business trends.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Develop expertise across departments including Course Materials, General Merchandise, Café/Convenience, and Trade Books.
