You will mentor team members, monitor financial metrics, and ensure availability to meet business needs, while promoting Follett values and core competencies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-5 years of retail or bookstore experience preferred.
• General Computer Skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work activities of sales team members FT/PT and temporary staff.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues to deliver excellent service.
• Handle cash, deposits, and balancing cash drawer; operate the POS system.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards across the store.
• Keyholder with opening/closing responsibilities and end-of-day reporting.
