Responsibilities

• Greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors, serving as first point of contact in person, electronically, by phone, or mail
• Investigate and respond to issues using university policies and procedures; provide timely guidance and solutions
• Assist with processing orders and registrations, ID cards, tickets, and payments; issue receipts/refunds
• Communicate product and service improvements to accommodate changing needs
• Operate point-of-sale and other systems to research information, record data, and expedite transactions
• Maintain manuals, knowledge base articles, and records
• May supervise staff, including hiring and performance management
