Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stand and assist customers outdoors or in kiosks.
• Experience with campus parking or service roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen permit holders for entry into parking decks when near capacity.
• Assist customers with entry and exit of parking decks.
• Control the inventory of spaces in the parking decks.
• Help customers find alternative parking facilities when decks are full.
• Resolve equipment issues and answer general parking questions.
