LBS Financial Credit Union is seeking a Service Center Manager at the California State University, Long Beach branch to act as a community-focused ambassador and growth driver. You will lead partnerships with university groups to expand members while overseeing daily operations and ensuring service excellence.

The role requires directing a small service team, driving staff development, and promoting credit union products to meet campus needs.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in supervision/management within a financial institution.
• Mastery level knowledge of branch depository and loan operations; strong knowledge of financial services practices and standards.
• Experience training and developing Member Care Representatives in sound duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the service center(s).
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
• Coach and supervise a team to deliver top-tier member service.
• Identify business development opportunities with campus constituencies.
