Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years prior branch supervisory experience within a credit union or banking environment.
• Ability to delegate and coach to enhance team productivity and morale.
• Bondable and knowledgeable of banking regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willing to travel between branches.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Member Services Team including teller and platform transactions/services.
• Hire, schedule, train, and coach staff for efficient workflow and high service levels.
• Ensure branch compliance with state and federal regulations and internal controls.
• Monitor branch activity, audits, and service quality; balance and cash handling.
• Support Business Development in community events to increase membership and deposits.
• Foster teamwork across departments and ensure branch coverage.
