Qualifications

• Proven success leading sales and business development in a retail branch.
• Ability to achieve loan, deposit, and member growth goals.
• Strong leadership with coaching and staff development.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9 years in a financial institution.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, lending practices, and branch operations.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for helping members and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing branch team to deliver exceptional member service and meet sales goals.
• Drive branch growth through strategies for loans, deposits, and product penetration.
• Cultivate a strong sales culture via coaching, mentoring, accountability, and staff development.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and meet financial needs.
• Participate in business development, officer call programs, and community outreach.
• Build relationships within the community to increase visibility and new business.
• Provide lending and deposit expertise to guide team members on complex needs.
• Oversee operations to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Recruit, retain top talent and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
