Job summary

The Bizzell Group is seeking a Safety/Security/Transportation Manager to oversee safety, security and transportation programs for the Center. The role directs staff, including security officers, safety officers, and drivers, and ensures adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing safety plans, coordinating evacuations, maintaining equipment, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Thorough knowledge of safety and security procedures and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety, health, and security of students, staff, and property.
• Supervises center patrols to achieve maximum security and responds to fires, safety hazards, traffic violations, and disturbances.
• Develops and implements mandated safety plans and procedures.
• Schedule and conduct evacuation, fire, and active shooter drills as required.
