Job summary

The Bizzell Group in Tulsa, OK seeks a Safety/Security/Transportation Manager to oversee safety, security, and transportation programs for the Center. You will lead staff, coordinate with local agencies, and ensure compliance with safety standards to protect students and employees.

Key duties include conducting drills, maintaining vehicle and equipment safety, and delivering formal reports and corrective actions to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of security, law enforcement, military, or related experience.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• One year of experience in a residential setting and background in youth programs preferred.
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, homeland security, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety, health, and security of students, staff, and property.
• Supervises center patrols of buildings and grounds to maximize security.
• Develops and implements mandated safety plans and procedures.
• Schedules drills (evacuation, fire, active shooter) as required.
• Coordinates with management to address deficiencies noted in inspections.
• Provides oversight and reports on safety and security activities.
