Job summary

Exceed, LLC is seeking a Safety, Security & Transportation Manager to oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring safety for students, staff, and property. The role supports the Center Director team and coordinates 24/7 coverage, safety plans, training, and compliance with OSHA and DOL regulations.

You will lead staff scheduling, risk assessments, incident reporting, and liaison with law enforcement, while promoting the center’s career readiness standards and a respectful,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in criminal justice, police science or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for higher eligibility.
• Three to five years supervisory experience in a related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance and implement training as approved by Center Director.
• Develop and monitor staff schedules for 24/7 coverage.
• Develop and maintain Center Safety Plan and emergency plans; conduct annual risk assessments.
• Establish and communicate safety, security, and fire policies with regulations to students and staff.
• Provide reports of department activities to management, DOL, and corporate office.
• Coordinate center transportation and ensure vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Hire staff and participate in disciplinary processes.
