Serrato Corporation is seeking a Safety and Security Program Manager to lead the Center's safety, security, and transportation initiatives. You will direct staff, oversee drills, inspections, and reporting, and ensure adherence to applicable policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, incident reporting, and coordination with local authorities. Associates degree required; supervisory experience in a youth or residential setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Experience applying safety and security procedures and compliance.
• Excellent detail orientation and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, security, and transportation programs for the Center.
• Supervise security officers, safety officer, and drivers.
• Develop and enforce safety plans, drills, and procedures.
• Prepare and review incident and accident reports.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire department.
• Oversee training and staff development per annual plan.
