Job summary

Exceed, LLC seeks a Safety, Security & Transportation Manager to supervise daily operations and ensure safety for students, staff, and center property. The role oversees shift staffing, safety training, and coordination with law enforcement to uphold district and OSHA standards.

The position requires managing transport, incident reporting, and safety programs while fostering a harassment-free workplace and strong employability skills among staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice, police science or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a security-related function.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate staff performance and provide training and personnel changes.
• Develop and monitor 24/7 staff schedules.
• Maintain Center Safety and Emergency/Disaster Plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Establish safety, security, and fire policies per regulations; communicate to staff and students.
• Provide reports on department activities to management, underwriters, and corporate office.
• Maintain departmental records and control entry/exit policies for campus access.
• Schedule evacuation, fire, and active shooter drills as required.
