Job summary

Adams and Associates is seeking a Safety & Security Coordinator to provide a safe living and working environment for students and staff at the Center. You will assist in investigations, conduct inspections, enforce safety regulations, monitor Center security, and supervise student activities to ensure compliance and orderly operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe living and working environment for students and staff.
• Assist in investigations of accidents and incidents with goal of resolution and prevention.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and assess Center equipment for hazards.
• Enforce occupational safety and health regulations and standards.
• Maintain Center security, visitor control and student accountability.
• Respond to emergencies and provide supervision and support to dorm staff as needed.
• Produce quality work with timely, accurate reporting and documentation.
