Job summary

The incumbent will enforce safety standards, conduct routine inspections, supervise students, monitor security, respond to emergencies, and support dorm operations as needed. Commitment to quality service and timely reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience with Job Corps or related program experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-state Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follows integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
• Assists the Safety & Security Department to maintain a safe and secure Center environment.
• Investigates accidents/incidents under management direction and prepares required reports; recommends corrective action.
• Performs routine safety inspections and assessments of Center equipment and facilities to identify hazards.
• Enforces occupational safety and health regulations and standards.
