The role involves collaboration with Athletics, Student Life, Conference Services, and Public Safety, reviewing thousands of event passes, and ensuring safety within budget. Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–10 years in security or police environment; strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills; exceptional customer service, discretion, and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or police environment is preferred.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the events on campus, including internal and external events.
• Prepare roll calls and assign personnel for events.
• Schedule per diems and monitor uniforms, appearance, and service quality.
• Notify leadership of payroll changes and issues via email.
• Provide post-event critiques to leadership.
• Maintain calendars and ensure accurate departmental reports.
