Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related retail and/or logistics experience.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to manage others and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily retail operations for the Marietta Market, including merchandising and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitors sales performance and optimizes product assortment.
• Manages receiving and processing of inbound shipments with FIFO inventory standards.
• Coordinates service needs with Retail Services leadership and external vendors.
• Maintains self-operated vending locations and coordinates with buyers for inventory levels.
• Coordinates Print Shop orders and supports curbside deliveries and retail transactions.
