Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking a Supervisor of Dining Operations for the Student Center at the Marietta campus. This full-time role oversees Dunkin and related dining outlets, supervising staff, scheduling, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manager ServSafe certification or obtain certification within twelve (12) months of hire
• One (1) year of supervisory experience in a food service establishment

Responsibilities

• Provide a dining experience that meets the lifestyle needs of students.
• Ensure the program provides exceptional food variety, quality, cleanliness and freshness.
• Assist and coordinate with maintenance and facilities to ensure equipment is well-maintained and functional.
• Lead, supervise, training and development of assigned staff and/or student assistants.
• Assist leaders in managing expenses, generating revenue and the overall financial success of the program.
• Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to implement new culinary programs and promotions.
