Job summary

Gettysburg College Dining Services seeks a highly motivated Lead Retail Dining Supervisor to provide operational leadership for the Bullet Hole, Commons, and concession operations on campus. This role oversees a diverse team of full-time and student employees, focusing on hospitality, staff development, and a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

Qualifications

• Strong operational, culinary and menu development
• Supervisory and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• High school diploma or equivalent is required and a culinary certificate or an associate’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent is preferred
• Three to five years progressive foodservice experience with supervisory responsibilities is highly desired
• Previous experience in institutional food preparation would be an additional plus
