Job summary

Dickinson College is seeking a Retail Operations staff member for on-site dining services. You will provide products and services to guests, follow recipes, ensure cleanliness, and deliver an enjoyable dining experience across campus locations.

Responsibilities include guest greetings, food preparation, POS handling, training staff, and adherence to HACCP and Health Department guidelines while supporting special events and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in a food service operation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide dining experiences with quality service.
• Prepare items according to recipes and maintain clean, stocked units.
• Handle non-alcoholic drinks and basic food prep tasks.
• Train staff and ensure HACCP and health regulations are followed.
