Gettysburg College Dining Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Retail Dining Supervisor to provide operational leadership for the Bullet Hole, Commons, and concession operations. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests while ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
The Retail Dining Manager oversees all aspects of retail dining operations, including staff supervision, menu development, food production, inventory management, financial oversight, customer engagement, and special event coordination. This individual will lead a diverse team of full-time and student employees while promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
