Lead a high-volume team during the active semester and oversee operations during off-season breaks, benefiting from a clear path for advancement within campus dining programs. This role emphasizes hospitality, team leadership, and operational excellence, with a focus on delivering consistent guest experiences and strong business results within a campus

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience with increasing responsibility.
• At least 2 years leading supervisors or large hourly teams.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A genuine commitment to hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and retaining a strong front- and back-of-house staff with a culture of accountability and hospitality.
• Run the operation by directing daily activities, maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, and overseeing inventory and vendor relationships.
• Support the business by managing labor, food cost, controllable expenses, and financial performance using sales and operational data.
• Drive the guest experience by upholding brand standards and resolving guest concerns professionally.
