Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of restaurant management with growing responsibility.
• At least 2 years leading managers, supervisors, or large hourly teams.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making in a fast, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and retaining a strong front- and back-of-house team, and build a culture of accountability and hospitality.
• Run the operation by directing daily operations, upholding high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and inventory management.
• Own the numbers with full P&L accountability, driving revenue and managing labor, food cost, and controllables using data.
• Drive the guest experience by setting hospitality standards and resolving concerns to maintain brand consistency.
