Job summary

The Halal Shack is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to run a high-volume campus operation for a 32-week peak season and maintain responsibilities year-round. You will manage both front- and back-of-house teams, own P&L, and drive guest satisfaction within a growing multi-brand company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management with growing responsibility.
• At least 2 years leading managers, supervisors, or large hourly teams.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making in a fast, high-volume environment.
• A real commitment to hospitality and the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong front- and back-of-house team.
• Run the operation: direct daily operations, uphold food quality, cleanliness, safety, and inventory management.
• Own the numbers: full P&L accountability, drive revenue, manage labor and costs using data.
• Drive the guest experience: maintain brand standards and resolve guest concerns daily.
