The Halal Shack Inc. seeks an experienced leader to guide high-volume campus restaurants in Florida. You will manage multiple operations embedded in campus life, building strong General Managers and teams, and driving performance across your portfolio.

During the peak ~32 weeks you lead operations with accountability for P&L, labor, and food cost, while the off-season maintains salary and benefits year-round. A clear path to senior leadership exists within a growing multi-brand company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience with multi-unit responsibilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers and teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and food costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams, building a culture of accountability and hospitality.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Own the portfolio P&L, driving sales, labor efficiency, and controllable expenses through analysis.
• Drive guest satisfaction by modeling exceptional hospitality and consistent brand execution.
