Job summary

Black Diamond Networks is seeking a College Relations Specialist to foster partnerships with universities, coordinate on-campus and virtual events, and bolster the candidate pipeline across locations. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to align university outreach with hiring needs and promote the BDN brand at career fairs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or HR, up to 3 years of experience, and a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or HR.
• 0-3 years of experience
• Creative and energetic with a track record of achieving goals
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and trends
• Hands-on experience with resume databases and ATS
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions (sales programs, career services, student organizations, professors)
• Plan and execute BDN events with student organizations and academic programs
• Make calls, emails and schedule meetings with prospective partners using Zoom
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure pipeline supports company needs across locations
• Attend college career fairs and promote the BDN brand
• Report recruiting metrics after events
• Host on-site career days at BDN offices
• Identify universities to focus outreach based on value and growth
• Design and place campus print/digital ads with marketing
• Coordinate with TA Associates on event logistics and giveaways
