Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a motivated recruiter to join our Internal Hiring Team, supporting university campuses across the country. You will source prospective hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and travel to designated offices and universities during peak recruiting seasons.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and living in the Indianapolis area, with excellent presentation and communication skills and a drive to learn,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related major is required.
• Must live in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities

• Source prospective hires using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews and informational calls to prospective canddaites.
• Pay attention to details and move at a quick pace to coordinate interviews.
• Act as a point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
• Be extremely outgoing and possess the ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.
• Travel to designated office locations and universities may be required during two heavy recruiting seasons.
