• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Related field.
• Strong analytical, business planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across levels within the company and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate campus recruiting events and national conferences.
• Manage recruiting logistics, vendor coordination, candidate communications, and NA campus calendar.
• Support full-cycle recruiting for Early Career programs.
• Drive process improvements, manage budgets and PO terms, ensure policy compliance.
• Research and recommend partnerships, events, tools for recruiting.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to support branding and improve efficiency.
• Leverage external partnerships to attract diverse early-career talent.
• Collaborate across teams to influence strategy and execution.
