Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience.
• Fluency with recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with comfort presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Oxford's relationships with target schools, career centers, and student groups; build strong pipelines of early career talent.
• Represent Oxford on campus and at career fairs, information sessions, and interview days; create strong first impressions.
• Run full-cycle recruitment for roles from interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track hiring metrics and use insights to strengthen the early talent pipeline.
• Partner with Learning & Development to execute internship and early career programs; support onboarding and conversion planning.
• Contribute to intern-to-full-time conversion strategy by aligning university relations with development efforts.
