Job summary

Oxford Global Resources seeks a Campus Recruiter to own relationships with universities, career centers, and student groups in the Northeast. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for interns to mid-level roles and partner with Learning & Development to run internship programs.

You’ll represent Oxford on campus, at fairs, and during information sessions, delivering a strong first impression and maintaining a healthy early talent pipeline through thoughtful conversion strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience.
• Fluency with recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with comfort presenting to groups and engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to work onsite as the role requires: in the office Monday through Thursday during our eight-week summer Sales Academy, and on campus for events and career fairs.
• Attend Campus events after normal business hours several times a year.

Responsibilities

• Own Oxford’s relationships with target schools, career centers, and student groups, building the partnerships that keep a strong pipeline of early career talent.
• Represent Oxford on campus and at career fairs, networking nights, information sessions, and interview days, making every interaction a strong first impression of who we are.
• Run full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives, delivering a positive, engaging candidate experience at every stage.
• Track key hiring metrics and use what they show to keep strengthening the early talent pipeline.
• Partner with Learning & Development to execute our internship and early career programs, including orientation, onboarding, performance feedback, and conversion planning.
• Help collect and analyze program feedback, and contribute ideas that improve future offerings and support long-term talent development.
• Contribute to the intern-to-full-time conversion strategy by aligning university relations with development efforts, so strong interns have a clear path to a career at Oxford.
