Job summary

Oxford Global Resource, LLC is seeking a Campus Recruiter in Beverly, MA to manage relationships with universities and student groups, running full-cycle recruiting from interns to mid-level roles. You will collaborate with Learning & Development to support internship programs and conversion to full-time roles, while tracking metrics to strengthen the early-talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience required.
• Fluency with recruiting platforms (Handshake, LinkedIn) and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Must be able to work onsite in Beverly, MA; some remote work may be possible.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own campus relationships with target schools and student groups to build a strong pipeline of early career talent.
• Represent Oxford on campus and at career fairs, delivering a strong first impression.
• Run full-cycle recruitment for interns to mid-level sales and recruitment executives.
• Track hiring metrics and use data to improve the early talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to execute internship and early career programs.
• Support intern-to-full-time conversion planning and feedback collection.
• Contribute to conversion strategy to ensure strong interns have a clear career path at Oxford.
