Job summary

Saville CPAs & Advisors is seeking a Campus Recruiter in Dallas to manage internship campus recruiting, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

You will collaborate with the campus recruiting team and firm leadership, travel to campuses as needed, and help strengthen Saville’s presence on campus while upholding our core values of Connection, Integrity, Service, Continuous Improvement, and Work-Life Integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably working with students attending universities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Campus Recruiting Execution: Manage the execution of campus recruiting for the internship program, including scheduling and conducting candidate phone screens and interviews and communicating agendas and logistics to candidates and hiring managers.
• Campus Relationships: Attend campus recruiting and networking opportunities to develop Saville’s presence with students and university stakeholders, virtually and in-person.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent and advocate for Saville through career fairs, information sessions, networking events, social media, and other campus engagement opportunities.
• Applicant Tracking System Management: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Program Development: Collaborate with the broader campus team and business leaders to develop and improve all aspects of assigned campus recruiting programs.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute the office interview process.
• Travel: Travel as needed to represent Saville at career fairs, information sessions, and other recruiting events.

Education
