Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage and coordinate on-campus recruiting across multiple universities. You will foster relationships with faculty, student groups, and career offices to generate full-time hires for Sales & Corporate roles.

You’ll act as a liaison between Corporate and Regional Teams, driving a data-driven campus strategy. You will source candidates through campus platforms, job boards, and social channels, participate in fairs and events, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in campus recruiting.
• Thrives in a metrics-driven environment.
• Motivated with strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to promote the company to potential employees.
• Willing to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season.

• Participate in job fairs, presentations, and campus events year-round.
• Build relationships with peers and leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to amplify campus presence.
• Create and run job shadow programs.
• Track metrics and meet campus hiring goals.
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
