Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is looking for a Campus Recruiter to manage on-campus recruiting at multiple universities and build strong relationships with students and faculty. You will serve as a liaison between Corporate and Regional Sales Recruitment Teams to drive full-time hires and campus initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience, preferably in campus recruiting.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with professionals at all levels, internal and external.
• Willing to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in recruiting top campus talent.
• Identify and deliver qualified candidates for TQL's Sales & Corporate careers.
• Build and nurture campus relationships with faculty and staff.
• Effectively communicate campus recruiting strategies to recruiting teams.
• Expand campus relationships through professors, coaches, student leaders, and career offices.
• Source candidates through campus platforms, social media, and job boards.
• Participate in job fairs, presentations and campus events year-round.
• Develop and maintain relationships with peers and recruiting leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to grow campus awareness and word-of-mouth.
• Create, promote and execute job shadow programs.
• Track and drive metrics to meet campus hiring goals.
• Maintain data integrity for applicant tracking system and reporting.
