Total Quality Logistics in Lexington, KY is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage and expand on-campus recruiting across universities. You will build relationships with faculty and students to drive full-time hires, collaborating with Corporate and Regional Sales Recruitment Teams to execute campus strategies.

You’ll source candidates through campus channels, participate in job fairs, and help develop a campus program from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience.
• Campus recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert in recruiting top campus talent.
• Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and delivering qualified candidates for TQL’s Sales & Corporate careers.
• Develop and expand established campus relationships with faculty and professors.
• Communicate campus recruiting strategies to recruiting teams.
• Engage with professors, coaches, student group leaders, and career offices to strengthen campus ties.
• Source candidates via campus recruitment activities and job boards.
• Participate in job fairs, presentations, and campus events year-round.
• Build strong relationships with peers and recruiting leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost campus awareness among underclassmen.
• Create, promote, and run job shadow programs.
• Track metrics and ensure campus hiring goals are met.
• Maintain data integrity in ATS and campus reporting.
