Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage, develop, and coordinate on-campus recruiting at multiple universities in the Richmond area. You will build relationships with students and faculty to drive full-time hires, acting as a liaison between Corporate and Regional Sales Recruitment Teams.

The role offers a base salary starting at $45,000 with quarterly bonuses, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Campus recruiting experience preferred, but no experience is required.
• Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel up to 80% during peak campus recruiting season.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert in recruiting top campus talent.
• Identify and deliver qualified candidates for TQL’s Sales & Corporate careers.
• Develop relationships with faculty, professors, and student groups on assigned campuses.
• Communicate campus recruiting strategies to recruitment teams.
• Source candidates via campus channels, social media, and job boards.
• Participate in job fairs, presentations, and campus events year-round.
• Track metrics and maintain data integrity in applicant tracking systems.
